Dallas AORN Endowed Scholarship

Dallas AORN Leadership is proposing to establish an endowed scholarship to be managed by the AORN Foundation.  The endowment will be an investment in our chapter, supporting academic scholarships exclusively for members of the Dallas AORN who wish to further their education (e.g. RN to BSN; Masters, DNP, PhD).

 An endowment is a gift that keeps on giving as only the interest on the investment is used for scholarships.  We have five years to raise the $25,000 minimum investment, which we feel we can do through fundraising. Once the scholarship is established, we can continue to invest in it to increase the number of scholarship that can be awarded.
