DALLAS AORN DELEGATES to AORN CONGRESS

1. The President is an automatic, funded delegate and serves as delegate chair in the absence of the PE.

2. The President-Elect is an automatic delegate and serves as Delegate Chair.

3. The Leadership Group serves as the delegate selection committee.

4. Delegates are selected based on the chapter participation. Applicants may be asked to complete and submit a delegate point sheet.

5. Member sign-in sheets and meeting minutes will be used to validate attendance at meetings, seminars, workshops, fundraising and community activities.NOTE: The Leadership Group is the final authority on acceptable documentation. Selected delegates will be notified by email.

6. Requirements for earning the delegate stipend:
   a) attend ALL Forums and House of Delegates meetings
   b) attend any meeting set up by the delegate chair
   c) vote (provide documentation of voting)
   d) participate in presentation of information from the conference to the chapter (e.g. presentation at a chapter meeting, contribution to website, etc)
